Swedish armchairs in oak and patent leather
Swedish armchairs in oak and patent leather
Two great looking Swedish armchairs possibly from the early sixties.
They have a solid oak frame with a patent/faux leather seat and backrest.
The armrests are arrowshaped and blends into the frame at the back. We believe these could be from the early sixties due to their square shapes.
We have been searching our available literature to try to find the maker/designer, but sadly without any luck so far (any information would be greatly appreciated).
They are in very good condition for the age. The frame is without any damages except for the varnish being faded and some small scratches. These are solid oak and could easily be sanded and soap treated if you'd prefer that blond Scandinavian look.
There`s a 1mm hole at the front part of the seat of one chair and a little 5mm scratch at the backrest of the other, but still in very good condition. They have possibly been reupholstered at some point in history as the foam inside is in great condition.
Price is 1200,- per chair.
