Vintage rocking chair from  Norway. It is named after the area where the design originated - Jæren - in the southern part of Norway.

Different models of the Jær-chairs are still in production, but this particular model is not in production anymore. This chair is probably from the 60's, and has a low seat compared to the rocking chairs produced today.

The rocking chair is in very excellent used condition, and the paper chord seat is still in very good condition as well. Please see the pictures.
